They did an operation on me that is not worth it, after seeing him sending photos, where they acknowledge that the operation was wrong, THEY HURT ME. Nathalie: In this clinic my husband was going to undergo a surgical procedure but due to situations beyond his control he had to cancel the surgery, that was in July 2022 and since that date they have not reimbursed the value that my husband paid. I have called, I have written by email, by WhatsApp and Mr. Monar, who is apparently the person in charge of these matters, answers whenever he wants and has not resolved our request. I conclude that they are scammers, I can't find another name because they have kept us for months waiting for the return of the money as if we were asking for charity.
