Danae Blackburn: Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review for this clinic. I had corresponded with the provider for several weeks prior to my appointment, in which I specifically scheduled a CO2 laser session, with many questions regarding the process and outcome of the CO2 laser as pertaining to their process. (Visiting from the U.S., it was important to me that I had all my questions answered prior, to avoid any rescheduling or misinformation.) I initially felt very confident of their services since I read positive reviews online, and my questions were answered promptly. Upon arrival at my appointed time, I was told that the CO2 laser treatment that I had been scheduled for was not even available in their clinic. Disappointed and somewhat confused, I went ahead with the laser that was offered, but it was almost double the price I had initially been quoted. The treatment itself felt rushed and unprofessional. It lasted barely 10 minutes. (It was a non- invasive laser treatment that I see no results from, even a month afterwards.) The Doctor snacked on some chips while I sat with a damp towel over my face for another 10 minutes. Afterwards, I was encouraged to purchase Botox at a price I knew to be almost triple the price I would be paying in the U.S., in areas of my face that I knew I did not need Botox, nor would it be effective. This was the most concerning to me of all, and why - even though I hate leaving negative reviews- I’m writing this review. I would not want for someone else to unknowingly consent to Botox treatments that they did not even need - at an incredibly elevated price. This clinic WILL take advantage of you if you are: A. A foreigner trusting their expertise, and B. If you are not extremely specific about the outcome you expect and at what price.I do have a couple positive things to mention: Dr. Beatriz, administrator of the noninvasive YAG laser was outgoing and personable, even if a bit pushy. (A great sales woman to be honest.) This is also a family owned clinic, which I think is awesome. The neighborhood is in a central part of Guayaquil, in which I easily found Street parking.I truly hope this clinic will do a better job in the future of being transparent with the treatments they offer, and the outcomes that could be expected.

We did a lot of laughing like we knew each other for years. Finally the day came to have a virtual call i was excited to actually see him on video. We spoke I told him what I wanted and he told me what was best for me and promise me that I will be happy with the end result. One warning that he did give me that my tattoo on my belly button won’t be all gone. I was okay with that. It’s call tattoo laser removal. Let’s talk about his wonderful staff. Yoly his coordinator, Patricia his massage coordinator (please listen to her when she says do two massages a day it helps with recovery) Delores she is the masseuse she has the hands of god. And Amy Amy Amy Amy she is his partner in the OR I saw her every day that I went for a massage she made sure that I was okay I still stay in contact with his staff. They still answer any silly questions that come to mind. 5 stars is not enough for the clínica Milenium. I give them trillion stars. #Ecuador.

Carmen Mosquera: The best of all, very cordial staff, everything impeccable. I loved everything, very organized, everyone fulfills their role. The group of nurses received me, the Dr marked me. Then the anesthetist started the operating room, then the assistants prepared me, infiltrated me and left me ready before Dr. Estrada can start his surgery. Then I went to an observation area where I stayed for 2 hours where I was observed by doctors and nurses before going home since my surgery was ambulatory.
