Gypsy Ghost: I had a rhinoplasty with this Dr. And I did not get functional or aesthetic results, and on top of that I ended up with discomfort in my nose due to a badly placed graft, I do not recommend it
Cinthia: It's a shame I can't give my opinion of the doctor. I made an appointment by phone and the lady never confirmed my appointment, she said that 3 days before the indicated date she would confirm me and she never did. The reception is the letter of introduction of any query.
Elsa Valarezo-Ireton: The receptionist made an appointment for me at 4 pm, 20 minutes passed and no one could tell me if they were going to attend me. I decided to leave because I didn't know if the doctor was going to treat me or not. If the receptionist had told me right away that the doctor was busy, I would have rescheduled the appointment. Perhaps they should better train the reception team so that the first customer service is of quality. The patient's time is just as important as the doctor's time, and for $60 a consultation at least some seriousness is required. I'm not going back.

isis gonzalez: Where do I start. Met Dr. Estrada through text we texted for about two weeks he told me alittle about himself as I did the same. We did a lot of laughing like we knew each other for years. Finally the day came to have a virtual call i was excited to actually see him on video. We spoke I told him what I wanted and he told me what was best for me and promise me that I will be happy with the end result. One warning that he did give me that my tattoo on my belly button won’t be all gone. I was okay with that. It’s call tattoo laser removal. Let’s talk about his wonderful staff. Yoly his coordinator, Patricia his massage coordinator (please listen to her when she says do two massages a day it helps with recovery) Delores she is the masseuse she has the hands of god. And Amy Amy Amy Amy she is his partner in the OR I saw her every day that I went for a massage she made sure that I was okay I still stay in contact with his staff. They still answer any silly questions that come to mind. 5 stars is not enough for the clínica Milenium. I give them trillion stars. #Ecuador.

Then the anesthetist started the operating room, then the assistants prepared me, infiltrated me and left me ready before Dr. Estrada can start his surgery. Then I went to an observation area where I stayed for 2 hours where I was observed by doctors and nurses before going home since my surgery was ambulatory.
