Eric Aronica: The hotel is well located in the heart of Guayaquil, rooms are nice even if they are different some of them are bigger with a bigger bathroom, we felt downgraded, also do not expect any view, the only view is the parking space,Regarding the level of service, it really depends, the kitchen staff is very careful, the welcoming staff especially in the morning is the worse, when we got there i had to look for a doorman to take care of our bags, they even asked me what are we doing here, uhhh we are clients with a reservation…), the worse is the young lady treating us like thieves to pay for the breakfast we had in case we won’t pay it… she was very rude, very disappointing Relais & Chateau, it doesn’t worth the price they charge you!

Claire Seller: It was nice for sure, but it’s definitely not 5-stars that google says.It’s a fun place to stay as it has super old charm and it’s an experience. The bedroom was comfortable. Bathroom was pretty bad, full of ants and not nice towels. Breakfast was bad, I’d rather go out and pay.
