Gina Pico: There should be a guide or at least one person who can give information, I brought some Puerto Rican friends and they were more eager to know. By the way, there should be the folkloric dances of the coast, mountains and the east. Ambient music should be the corridors, waltz, Andean, ours always.

Xavier Hidalgo: He sido huésped de su hotel durante décadas y siempre su atención ha sido impecable, pero justamente llegue el día Sábado con mi esposa y no teníamos, valet parking, adicionalmente, tuve que casi explicarle a una persona que venia a hospedarme al hotel para que el botones se acercase y llevara mi equipaje; tuve que personalmente llevar mi carro al parqueadero y no había un guardia en el lugar, únicamente un guardia que estaba al frente del hotel.me acerque al counter y me puse en la fila Oro Verde rewards y la atención fue muy pero muy mala no, me impusieron una tarifa que nunca me han dado ya que soy cliente frecuente en todos los oro verde del pais, así que me entrego una suit por e costo de una sencilla, cuando yo como huésped he estado hasta en la presidencial.definitivamente no es justo sus clientes mas fieles los tratan y atienden como cualquier cosa...
