Ivonne Pazmiño: If I could give them zero stars I would. I had a problem on my computer where I already knew it was a virus, I just wanted it to be formatted and returned to me. Note that they formatted it, but they made each of my files appear all a mixture, giving me double work. Anyway, they give it to me and it comes back worse than before, everything got slow, it took me about 20 minutes to open a file, let alone create one. And just in case the computer is new, it's only a year old, so I proceeded to call that same day and the man who answers boldly tells me that it's a computer problem, that they didn't do anything other than if I wanted to, bring it back to see I was talking about, I gave him videos about how slow he was and he told me he didn't know what could have happened. BE CAREFUL, LOOK FOR SOMEONE TO ENSURE THE CORRECT OPERATION OF YOUR COMPUTER, don't waste money and time like me.
