Cierto tienen algunos productos que son regulares...y algunos hasta buenos...pero les falta incentivo, conocer el producto, entender cuanto cuesta que un solo cliente llegue al almacén, que tenga las ganas, deseos, el dinero para comprar y que aún así se decepcione de la atención del vendedor...pero así sucede con empresas en que los niveles de stress y necesidad de los empleados son mucho más grandes que su deseo de trabajar. Será bajo incentivo, bajo sueldo, complicadas decisiones o mandos gerenciales que simplemente les falta quaker...y no saben hacer o no desean motivar a sus empleados. La falla siempre es de la cabeza. El que dirige y gana más debe motivar a sus subordinados. Esta recomendación no se las voy a cobrar...pero da pena y uno entiende por que Ecuador está como está y a donde está. Saludos.
