Ja R: I rented a suite on the 12th floor. I paid so much and I think I paid for the luxury of the building, which is not so much luxury. That INSTEAD of having paid for the suite. The suite at Senorbì Alex Robalino was a disaster. There was no washing machine, the cocaine never worked without a microwave. Everything was dirty, just like the suite. They made me pay for a microwave that I never used because I never cooked. They didn't want to give me the deposit. I had to make a deposit and take the police.

Viviana Vera: I rate with one star because my stay was horrible, there were huge cockroaches and a mouse in my room, it is not possible that they give that kind of attention to customers.
Mario David: Rooms: clean, I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms looked good and were neat. The service and customer service is very good, I was even able to see how the receptionist gave a tourist guide to a group of foreigners, something I didn't see much in other hotels, the location is excellent, and the price is unbeatable. I don't give it 5 stars because it has parking for only 2 cars.
