Valek: This is a hotel restaurant but you don’t need to stay in the hotel to enjoy their food. I went for breakfast and it was $15 for a buffet. They accept credit cards. Everything is clean and the food was delicious. There was a lot of staff.

Unfortunately the service is at least discreet and mediocre, with excessive unjustified delay in taking the order and serving, because if they are not called, the waiters do not come to the table. They don't bring you the wine and drinks menu if you don't ask for it, and the worst thing is the quality and taste of the food, leaving a lot to be desired if you take into account the value for money. The desire to improve and be a better version is notably lacking, what is the expectation of those of us who arrive willing to consume in such an apparently exclusive and definitely beautiful place.

Le doy 2 estrellas solo xq esta linda la remodelación y hermoso el nuevo menú todo lo demas valió!

I would not go back. They took really long to get our food out and other than our group, we were the only ones in the restaurant.

Zimmer absolut ok.Allerdings ist das Restaurant zum Abendessen oder Frühstück sehr unangenehm.Wir aßen auf der Terrasse zu Abend und überall standen Schilder, auf denen 15 % Rabatt auf Mahlzeiten und alkoholfreie Getränke standen. Das Essen ist teuer und von mittelmäßiger Qualität. Der Service ist überhaupt nicht gut. Als wir die Rechnung bekamen, waren keine 15 % ermäßigt. Warum? Denn wir waren auf der Terrasse! Ich sagte, ich stimme überhaupt nicht zu, weil es kein Wort darüber gibt. Nach kurzer Diskussion wurden die 15 % reduziert. Mayra Chilán Mera: We could not enjoy or relax at the buffet lunch because when we served ourselves we noticed 3 huge flies landing on the food that is uncovered. When communicating this to the person at the buffet, he had no reaction or intention to solve this. My husband told the other person he was serving and he didn't flinch either. We had to limit ourselves to serving what was inside the samorbars and use the tableware, not the ladles that are prepared for this. We also found that there was little choice in main courses. The desserts were very good. The waiters gave good attention. Environment not as warm as in other hotels of a similar category.
