Ana Paula Suárez: El Dr. Zamora es excelente, llevo 10 años haciendo atender a mis bebés ahí y la experiencia ha sido bastante buena. El dr jamás ha sacado ventaja de algún tratamiento intentando que paguemos más.El peluquero es muy paciente y los trata bien a todos, sigue siempre las instrucciones que le das sobre el corte o cuidado.Le doy 4 estrellas porque hace un año lleve a uno de mis perritos viejito que estaba muy enfermo y como no estaba el Dr. Zamora se atendió con otra dra que no recuerdo el nombre pero lo que sí recuerdo es que me dijo “bueno le hacemos los exámenes y ahí vemos si se puede hacer algo o THAT'S IT CON EL PERRO”. La falta de humanidad de esa llamada doctora me dejó desconcertada.A pesar de esa situación, todo muy bien en la veterinaria.

Les cuento algo de mi experiencia en este lugar con los Vet que traté.***Cosas positivasCreo que el Dr Zamora es muy buen Vet Cirujano y explica a detalle el estado actual y que esperar luego de la cirugía, los Dres de internado Diana,Guillermo e IIeona muy pendiente del paciente y dispuesto a explicar a detalle tus dudas sobre la hospitalización, con mucha empatia para comunicar la situación clinica.El Sr Julio en recepción muy amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudarte.El sitio se encuentra muy limpio, los consultorios,el baño y el internado igual.El Sr de peluqueria es muy paciente con las mascotas.Respecto a valores me parecen accesibles y no parece ser una vet que solo busque ganar dinero.Atiende las 24 horas del día***Cosas negativasNo contestaban mis llamadas en el momento que tuve emergencia, tuve q escribir un whatsapp pidiendo que por favor me contestaran,(estaba una Sra en recepción) se notó el desinterés en ese momento de angustia para mí. 😔No cuentan con ecografías en casos de emergencia.Recomiendo NO hacer tratamientos oncológicos aqui porque el especialista es externo a la veterinaria, no vas a tener el mismo contacto como los otros Dres, no vas a tener a quién hacerle las consultas que surgen en el camino. Te dice que contestará por medio de la veterinaria pero no será así. Y en caso de tener emergencias con el paciente oncológico tampoco estará el especialista para atención. Te dice que él aplicará la quimioterapia y agenda una fecha pero ese dia no aparece y la realiza alguien de la veterinaria. Me sentí abandonada en todo el proceso de la quimioterapia y me arrepiento de no haberme cambiado de Vet cuando iniciaba este proceso contra el cancer de mi Bebé🐩
Monica Parra: El Dr Zamora es muy bueno. Pero el sistema de organización de la clínica es PÉSIMO. los recepcionistas te citan y luego en tu cara te dicen que no lo hicieron. Pierden las proformas. No tienen a la mano los expedientes del paciente. Eso genera mucha desconfianza.
Nadyta Rilakkuma: Mi gatito tuvo que ser internado en dos ocasiones por problemas de cálculos en los riñones. En ambas ocasiones se procedió des mismo modo, sin embargo no es posible que ambas hospitalizaciones (una en Junio y otra en Septiembre del mismo año 2022) tengan precios tan distintos, puesto que la 1ra vez el precio fue de $30 y en esta ocasión pretendían cobrarme $70, sin haberme siquiera mostrado los precios antes de dejar a mi gato. Menos mal tenía la foto de la cuenta anterior y me cobraron el mismo precio de hospitalización sino cobraban lo que ellos querían. Además que hubo otras cosas como que la sonda que antes me costó $10 ahora costó $25 justificado como "sonda + procedimiento" como si la sonda se haya colocado sola la vez pasada. También, me detallaron que en el suero le pusieron un "medicamento" del que no tuve detalle, ni siquiera el nombre. Me voy bastante decepcionada de esta clínica.
Katia León: A mi me salvó mi gata con Leucemia hace 7 años y a todos nuestros gatitos los ha atendido siempre y jamás dudamos de la calidad de doctor que es y de la calidad de doctores que forman parte de su equipo.
Enver Ricardo Ramírez Morán: I had a terrible experience at that place. We had a verbal agreement I invest at implements and knowledge for a pet spa business. I studied at Paragon school of Pet grooming US l. After I bought all the implements and teached his nephew and invest a lot of money he just said he was not taking me serious. (After more than 15 years). He also steals puppies from the c sections. I saw it do it Twice. My family tried to recover some things but he just kicked us and then he presented to the police an order of protection with his lawyer brother. It’s been so many years and I still can’t recover from the emotional and financial damage he did to me. Thanks for reading.

Luis Bermudes: The UCSG is one of the traditional universities of Guayaquil and one of the most important in the country by extension.
