Honestly, I don't know who has given them so many stars, but in this moment of pain and impotence due to the lack of empathy from their doctors, nurses, and even the security guard, I just want to focus on the facts. First, there is no service to keep an older adult clean, nor do they allow a family member to come by to help. Second, an older adult does not have help to eat, something basic I would like to emphasize. Third, there are no concrete answers from the doctors or reports to relatives. Fourth, where are the doctors and why don't they take the time to communicate to the relatives of their patients on a daily basis the progress of their patient. It is my opinion that a health entity that cares more about the $$$ and not the patients should not have a rating as a health entity. Because, even if there is no payment, insurance or not, care should be equal to everyone, everyone should be treated as human beings! Where did their professionalism stay and that from the principle of not causing any harm. It is my humble opinion that if you are thinking of leaving your elderly loved ones or any age hospitalized here DO NOT DO IT. Run. These people, none of the staff, care about the lives of the elderly. They do not understand the difference that words of encouragement or the basic and dignified treatment that every human being deserves makes in the recovery of a patient. Hopefully they never are, it is the situation that my family is without information with only concerns due to the lack of empathy of the people who work in this hospital label.
