K Falcones: Si pudiera darle cero estrellas se los daría. Tengo una abuelita internada desde la semana pasada en este disque hospital. Honestamente no se quien les ha dado tantas estrellas pero en este momento de dolor e impotencia por la falta de empatía de sus doctores, enfermeros y hasta el guardia de seguridad solo quiero concentrarme en los echos. Primero, no hay servicio para mantener aseada a una adulta mayor, ni permiten que pase un familiar para ayudar. Segundo, no tiene ayuda una adulta mayor para comer, algo básico quisiera recalcar. Tercero, no hay respuestas concretas de los doctores o informes a familiares. Cuarto, donde están los doctores y porque no se dan tiempo para comunicarle a los familiares de sus pacientes a diario el progreso de su paciente. Es mi opinión que una entidad de la salud que le importe mas el $$$ y no los pacientes no debería tener una calificación como entidad de salud. Porque,aunque no haya paga, sea del seguro o no, la atención debería ser igual a todos, todos deberían ser tratado como seres humanos! En donde se les quedó su profesionalismo y que del principio de no causar daño alguno. Es mi humilde opinión que si están pensando en dejar a sus seres queridos de la tercera edad o de cualquier edad hospitalizados aquí NO LO HAGAN. Corran. Esta gente, nadie del staff, le importa la vida de las personas de la tercera edad. No entienden la diferencia que hace en la recuperación de un paciente las palabra de aliento o el trato básico y digno que todo ser humano se lo merece. Ojalá nunca estén es la situación de que estamos mi familia sin información con solo preocupaciones por falta de empatía de las personas que trabajan en este disque hospital.
