Mike M: I booked a room on their website specifically and received an email confirmation. When I showed up they had given up my room and could not find my reservation and offered no solution despite clear evidence I had a reservation. Not to mention I had bus issues and arrived at 2am so they left me stranded in the middle of the night. I paid 2-3x to stay at the Wyndham because of this.Edit: In response to the owner. There was no communication in the confirmation email that I had to reach out to them prior to arrival and I had to enter my credit card information on the booking, so why is that MY fault that your system did not charge my credit card? Neither of these two things were specified in the booking process or in the email confirmation. That's just poor business.

Jonathan A. Guaman: Attention is more or less. There is no card payment option. In the room that I was there, there was a lot of noise from the air and water. And the air was useless. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.
César Díaz Guevara: It is the first time that I stay. There is no reception. You must enter through a small green door, but there is always danger until you open the door from the inside, since the street does not have security.The access steps are quite uncomfortable and narrow, if you arrive with luggage it is difficult to access. The stands have white lights that make you lose perspective of their size, so you have to be careful when going up.It does not have an elevator, so you have to be willing to carry your suitcase all the time and exercise. The steps to get to the third floor are dangerous as they are dilapidated and have different sizes so you have to be careful.The rooms are clean, but the one I was assigned to had a mattress that was too soft, making it difficult to rest. The sheets were made of synthetic material and red in color.The bathroom is fine, but they give you a single towel that they leave on the bed. If you ask for a second kindly they will deliver it to you. There is nowhere to hang the towel.The breakfast is simple and austere. The place where they serve it is comfortable.The attention is very good, but it feels little personal.The furniture in the room is heavy, old and uncomfortable. Difficult to find outlets for devices. The candles had to be moved.The internet, low speed. The air conditioning... I never learned to drive.Site they indicate dangerous to me at night.

Jordi Sardá: Good service. New and clean rooms. They are very nice. It was necessary to implement night lights in the rooms and hang the mirrors in the bathroom, but nothing to bother. The area is central but a bit dangerous in the evening/night.
Taylor Sherman: Kind of a rough experience at this hotel which led us to stay for only one night. We arrived at 9 pm and they didn’t have our reservation after getting a confirmation email a month before from one of their coordinators. They eventually offered us a replacement room, which was very basic and not great. It appears the hotel is under renovations and we got one of the old rooms. A high pitched / high frequency sound was in the room the entire night so we had to wear earplugs and play white noise all night in order to fall asleep. The air conditioning system did work well. The breakfast was pretty poor (plastic silverware and cups, juice was not fresh, etc.) There is no business center and the photos are out of date. The management did try to find us another hotel room and gave us a discount for the trouble which was appreciated.

Marco Straumann: Very positive experience! Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was super nice and clean. From the outside the hotel looks not very welcoming, but it’s actually very modern inside. Location couldn’t be better. Just in the middle of the city and still it is quiet during the night. Size of the bed was massive! Never had such a huge bed. Although the mattress is a bit too soft for my taste. We booked with breakfast which was ok. Will definitely come back!
