We offer 24-hour reception, but we do not have a fixed schedule for our receptionists. Therefore, we arrange our staff schedule based on our reservations. Dreamkapture offers a shared room to enjoy Netflix. There are no TV sets in our rooms.

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.

Marc Eich: Had a lovely stay at Nucapacha‘s. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and changes daily, they use regional products.Wifi in the Lobby is very fast. The rooms are ok for the price. There‘s no hot water in the shower bit since the outside temperature didn‘t go below 25C we disn‘t need it anyway. No AC but a big fan in the room. The pool is also nice to cool down.Getting to the city is quite easy, by bus 10-15min paying 0.30$ per person.

Allison the Lizard: Hostel refused to book me a taxi for 3 hours before my flight to the Galapagos. They only let me book the taxi for 2 hours before, making me late and almost missing boarding the flight.
Nicola Lopez-Rabkin: A nice hostel with friendly staff. I ended up having to stay an extra night than my reservation and they were happy to add another night tho I understandably had to change rooms. Nothing fancy and could do with a bit of renovations. There’s a kitchen where you can make your own food and a nice outside area with a pool. They have a dog that lives there that sometimes barks at night which was a bit disturbing (my original room faced the street). An economical place to stay in Guayaquil for young travelers. I’ll probably stay here again next time I come.

The service and customer service is very good, I was even able to see how the receptionist gave a tourist guide to a group of foreigners, something I didn't see much in other hotels, the location is excellent, and the price is unbeatable. I also opted for airport transportation and they picked me up at the airport.When I arrived to check in they said my reservation was cancelled. It took them 30min to figure out what happened - I still don't know why they cancelled my reservation - and simply said "I am sorry, your reservation was cancelled and we don't have another room available to accommodate you".And it was really bad because the city was completely full and very hard to find any room available. If it wasn't for friends who opened their doors to stay with them I literally wouldn't have a place to sleep.Very bad management and terrible customers service. I wouldn't trust them in the future.What it is more bizarre is that the hotel actually picked me up at the airport and when I got there I had no reservation! How do they pick up someone at the airport without a reservation???

Xavier Hidalgo: I have been a guest at your hotel for decades and your attention has always been impeccable, but I just arrived on Saturday with my wife and we did not have valet parking, additionally, I had to almost explain to a person who came to stay at the hotel so that the bellhop to come over and take my luggage; I had to personally take my car to the parking lot and there was no guard on site, just a guard in front of the hotel.I went to the counter and got in the Green Gold rewards line and the attention was very, very bad, no, they gave me a rate that they have never given me since I am a frequent customer in all the green golds in the country, so they gave me a suit for the cost of a simple one, when I as a guest have even been in the presidential.It's definitely not fair, their most loyal customers treat and serve them like anything...
