Fuimos a retirar unos cuadros que ya estaban listos, vimos que había fila y esperamos pacientemente, luego de 10-15 minutos la persona que atendía seguía trabajando en algo que no avanzaba. Preguntamos cuánto mas iba a demorar y nos dijo 10 minutos más. 20-25 minutos para recoger algo que ya estaba listo, me pareció algo muy ineficiente.Creo que hay formas mas inteligentes de trabajar. No es lo mismo estar en fila para mandar hacer un trabajo, que estar en fila para retirar algo ya listo. Hay formas para poder manejar la situación pero la chica no fue nada amable y fue grosera. Nos fuimos sin recoger y nos tocará volver. Que pena que por gente ineficiente, el negocio quede mal. Espero que este comentario llegue a gerencia para que puedan mejorar.
