Mike M: I booked a room on their website specifically and received an email confirmation. When I showed up they had given up my room and could not find my reservation and offered no solution despite clear evidence I had a reservation. Not to mention I had bus issues and arrived at 2am so they left me stranded in the middle of the night. I paid 2-3x to stay at the Wyndham because of this.Edit: In response to the owner. There was no communication in the confirmation email that I had to reach out to them prior to arrival and I had to enter my credit card information on the booking, so why is that MY fault that your system did not charge my credit card? Neither of these two things were specified in the booking process or in the email confirmation. That's just poor business.

La habitación se encontraba realmente limpia y contaba con ducha(agua caliente) baño, secadora de cabello, cocina, aire acondicionado, microondas. Los departamentos ya no cuentan con llave solamente se debía digitar una clave en la chapa de la puerta y con eso se tenía acceso a la habitación.A mis hijos les gustó mucho porque pudieron nadar en la piscina, en el patio además cuentan con una máquina futbolín pero lamentablemente se encontraba dañada, además les gustó ver unas pequeñas aves. El desayuno muy rico.El único punto en contra es que no incluían en el precio el tema del parqueadero.En el tema de la ubicación no podría compartir una justa apreciación ya que la ciudad es grande y decir que algo queda cerca o lejos es relativo.En general un buen lugar para hospedarse.

La mejor área es la de la piscina, aunque pequeña cuenta con un patio con plantas alrededor que lo vuelven un lugar tranquilo y acogedor, lastimosamente solo se puede acceder hasta las 6pm, después de esa hora no se puede salir ni al patio. La atención es el punto álgido del lugar, con poca calidez y disposición para resolver problemas.RECOMENDACIONES: antes de reservar tome en cuenta q el precio que le dan no incluye impuestos, garage ni desayuno, pregunte por ello y si reciben su tarjeta de crédito, evite llevarse sorpresas y tener problemas para pagar.DATOS ADICIONALES: El pago se realiza a la entrada, el desayuno (si requiere de él) se sirve a partir de las 8:30am (imposible antes), y; algunas fotos (compartidas por algún turista) en la que se ve una gran piscina cerca de la playa, no corresponden a este lugar.
