They do not allow you to park in front of the consulateFrom 06:30 a.m. people begin to arrive and one feels safer with the presence of police and traffic agents.To pass the security filters they do not have to carry more than just the necessary documents.They do not allow the passage of cell phones, wallets, key chains, belts, coins, sunglasses, pills, even the clips they ask you to remove from the documents.It is recommended to go with someone who waits outside and can save things while you carry out the process.Remember that it is forbidden to take photos or record videos of the consulate; which they should inform with a sign; otherwise they ask you to eliminate them since they are vigilant through the cameras.
Dr. Diego Rodríguez Saldaña: It is very important to be aware of what can and cannot be carried, for example, prohibited cell phones, smartwatches, hearing aids and other devices.
