Luis Bermudes: The UCSG is one of the traditional universities of Guayaquil and one of the most important in the country by extension. Its campus has grown by making important additions, with buildings that are not only functional but also have elegant facades such as the Business Specialties building. The overpass that leads to the main entrance is the only one that is both a commercial passageway that has a Metrovía station below and also connects with Guayarte. Studying in an academic environment that is both elegant and relaxed seems to be the premise of UCSG. Matthew Garrett: Worst airline EVER! We showed up almost 3 hours early, wait forever in the "Transit Control Ticket" line for 2 hours. Get to check baggage & they close baggage 50 minutes before flight(they don't tell you this!)then they avoid you until it's too late to do anything. They tell us we still have time to get on the flight, but can't take our two checked bags!! They tell us there is no way to get them there. Won't refund us or rebook us so we end up having to purchase two one-way tickets to San Cristobal for $429.00!!! Our other option was to repurchase flights the next day. Unbelievable! Evasive, dismissive & completely avoiding responsibility. Absolutely the worst business model & ethics ever!! Do not fly with them.

And they refused to give back my miles saying they have expired. Furthermore every time I flight with them I have to contact the support center and follow up wasting my time to ensure my miles are in my account. I am unable to do this on the site as there are a lot of cliches keeping me from accessing my current information. This is very frustrating because I cannot get access to information or accumulate miles smoothly its really feels like a part time job. The site for latam pass doesnt work!!!
