The Trusted Traveller: Great location, and the area is developing nicely with restaurants and amenities. Hotel is not keeping up, however, as the hotel was dated, rooms fairly unpleasant and service slow. The rooms were comparatively expensive, and all round experience disappointing.

Judith Lopez: Excellent and helpful service. Respectful and friendly receptionists. Good location, near Mall de Sol and other shopping centers; even walking distance. Please make sure you got cash though. Some places don't take credit cards. Always clean, clean rooms as long you leave your key. They also have breakfast in the mornings. It was great. Also, If you need to rent a car, go to Car max rent a Car. It's right next to the suite, very convenient. Thank you so much, felt comfortable and safe! Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.
Nicola Briccola: Classy hotel that grows on the back wall of the Cathedral. It houses a bar and two restaurants, upstairs you can find a sauna, board games, PlayStation, table football, gym and squash court, among other services. There is also a small swimming pool on the ground floor. Welcome drink offered. Optimal.Rooms: The air conditioning has a rather dated and noisy system.

Lolita Delgado: Estuvimos en desayuno buffet el domingo dia del padre, estaba full porque habia un bus de huéspedes todos desayunando en el hotel. Todo muy rico, variedad, humitas , quipes, encebollado, una delicia, jugo especial de manzana, apio, y jugo de sandia. Aqui si señalo una observación para el hotel demoraron mucho en volver a llenar las jarras con estos jugos.Deben preveer la fecha y el número de huéspedes en el hotel.

It was easy to park my rental car on the street in front despite arriving at 615pm..the hostel reception workers were kind and helpful. Great place, unique vibe, would definitely stay again on my next visit to Guayaquil

Bian Everts: Een erg schoon en rustig hostel! Prima ontbijt, de medewerkers kunnen voor $5 een taxi naar het vliegveld voor je regelen, dus dat is ideaal. En verder was al het personeel erg behulpzaam bij al mijn vragen en gaven ze veel tips en aanbevelingen over veiligheid, eten, en activiteiten! Marc Eich: Had a lovely stay at Nucapacha‘s. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and changes daily, they use regional products.Wifi in the Lobby is very fast. The rooms are ok for the price. There‘s no hot water in the shower bit since the outside temperature didn‘t go below 25C we disn‘t need it anyway. No AC but a big fan in the room. The pool is also nice to cool down.Getting to the city is quite easy, by bus 10-15min paying 0.30$ per person.

Allison the Lizard: Hostel refused to book me a taxi for 3 hours before my flight to the Galapagos. They only let me book the taxi for 2 hours before, making me late and almost missing boarding the flight.
Nicola Lopez-Rabkin: A nice hostel with friendly staff. I ended up having to stay an extra night than my reservation and they were happy to add another night tho I understandably had to change rooms. Nothing fancy and could do with a bit of renovations. There’s a kitchen where you can make your own food and a nice outside area with a pool. They have a dog that lives there that sometimes barks at night which was a bit disturbing (my original room faced the street). An economical place to stay in Guayaquil for young travelers. I’ll probably stay here again next time I come.
