Sin embargo, el servicio es pésimo, el personal es indiferente y la demora es excesiva para tomar el pedido y luego servir, si no los llaman, se olvidan que existes. No traen todo el menú (vinos y bebidas), la calidad y el sabor de la comida deja mucho que desear si se tiene en cuenta la relación precio calidad (la preparación del pulpo podría mejorar). Además la variedad de comidas es escasa en comparación con otras cadenas de hoteles. La sala de recreación (juegos) es lo único que se rescata de este hotel.

Valek: This is a hotel restaurant but you don’t need to stay in the hotel to enjoy their food. I went for breakfast and it was $15 for a buffet. They accept credit cards. Everything is clean and the food was delicious. There was a lot of staff.

Lamentablemente el servicio es cuando menos discreto y mediocre, con excesiva demora injustificada en tomar el pedido y servir, pues si no se llaman, los camareros no se acercan a la mesa. No te traen el menú de vinos y bebidas si no lo pides, y lo peor es la calidad y el sabor de la comida, dejando mucho que desear si se tiene en cuenta la relación calidad-precio. Faltan notablemente los deseos de superarse y ser una mejor versión, cómo es la expectativa de los que llegamos dispuestos a consumir en un lugar tan aparentemente exclusivo y definitivamente hermoso.

Xavier Hidalgo: I have been a guest at your hotel for decades and your attention has always been impeccable, but I just arrived on Saturday with my wife and we did not have valet parking, additionally, I had to almost explain to a person who came to stay at the hotel so that the bellhop to come over and take my luggage; I had to personally take my car to the parking lot and there was no guard on site, just a guard in front of the hotel.I went to the counter and got in the Green Gold rewards line and the attention was very, very bad, no, they gave me a rate that they have never given me since I am a frequent customer in all the green golds in the country, so they gave me a suit for the cost of a simple one, when I as a guest have even been in the presidential.It's definitely not fair, their most loyal customers treat and serve them like anything...

CARLOS LEON: Really a total waste of time and money. The food is very ugly, bland, on the verge of spoilage, the place in general smelled super bad, the tables dirty and stinky. The worst thing was the attention, I made an order for only 2 dishes, the place was empty, and even so, life took a long time and they only dispatched one, I had to go order and wait another life for the other dish, to top it off super negligent and despotic the serving staff. I don't know if the other branches in the city are like that, but I won't risk having such a disastrous experience again.

Michelle Macias M: There is no atmosphere no matter how much food is served, it should be cool not hot, the attention is SUPER AWFUL, EVERYONE HAS A FEW FRIENDLY FACE, THEY ANSWER YOU AS IF THEY WERE GIVING YOU FOOD, the dishes we ordered thrown downstairs and an employee goes upstairs supposedly cleaning the tables because they still leave them sticky, saying down there there are some dishes served, my partner had to go down to see if it was ours and indeed one was mine and the other was someone else's, my partner's order had been Forgotten, before I had the bill otherwise, money wasted and the food nobody watched while it was there thrown away served, the presentation, quantity and taste very poor for the cost of the dishes. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
Andrés Sánchez: My favorite dish. 🤩 Everything is very good, the price is worth it, the attention is not very good, there is always a bread area with a face of few friends when it comes to taking the order, but they are treated as they deserve and that's enough. They should hire people with a desire to work and a little empathy. I put 5 for the food, the staff ZERO.

And I thought the amount of protein was too little for a dish that cost me almost $8. And on top of that they only gave us plastic cutlery, not knives... The plate had melted cheese that had to be cut.

Ellos se han vuelto como símbolo de nuestra bella ciudad. Debe su nombre a la Familia Seminario qué residia a su alrededor, por su aporte y labor en mantener y cuidar el parque (plaza), las rejas qué hasta hoy se mantienen fueron donadas por la familia Seminario también, desde entonces han diao mantenidas y pintadas. Estamos orgullos de nuestra Plaza Seminario.

Adrian Melgar: I loved this place, I think it has the best seafood in Guayaquil, I was visiting the city and I visited a finer place first in order to eat the best seafood in Guayaquil, the next day I visited this place that looked simpler but I can say that it far surpassed the other place, and with more competitive prices, the unbeatable cost/portion/quality/taste ratio, from the moment you arrive they serve you an appetizer with ripe plantains, brown salt, sour cream and guacamole as a courtesy Right from the start these taste delicious and they give you an idea of what you are going to eat, we tried different dishes and we were delighted with all the ones we tried, I hope to return to try more dishes, the owner and chef of the restaurant is always present in the place, highly recommended.

Roberto Morales: Located near the Hilton Colon hotel, on one side of the Las Cámaras building, this Marrecife restaurant is famous and has a good reputation. I expected more. We ordered a seafood casserole with diced fish, ceviche type, 3 large shrimps and a few pieces of squid, it was delicious, but one More quality is expected for $14 than the Plate costs. The second dish was a fish sucker, it was very tasty and abundant, and it was also a bit high for the price, it didn't have that much fish, although the fish it did have was tasty, it was fresh corvina. I think they can improve more in controlling the output of the dishes and increase the quality. For example, the casserole was cold, I had to ask for it to be heated. The bill for two people was $32 a plate and a drink per person. Summary: debut and farewell.
