They are lazy and they think we know each other inside immigration, I haven't been there for years and I don't remember. American Airlines invalidated its wheelchair service, my 3rd-age mom had to investigate inside. Bad American Airlines

Elizabeth Panchana: My mom just came to the aa offices, she is an elderly woman and the treatment she received was the worst, despots, providing information in a bad way, how can it be possible that they hire staff who do not know how to treat clients . Older adults go to the offices to buy flights, because they don't know how to do it online. Definitely disappointing!!!
