Julio Tobar: The hotel is good, the price is very high for its services. I paid $11 for a room and got these news:The room that I used was not properly cleaned, the lighting was opaque.The bathroom had hot water, the shower did not exist, it was just the tube, the Razo sky was incomplete, you could see the construction.The aluminum panels in the shower were dirty, I even found soaps from previous visits 🤢.The sheets were clean, but they were super worn, giving an unsanitary look.I think the administration should take care of these aspects to improve the rating.Experience, would not return...

JOHNNY JV: This establishment is acceptable how ever their customer service is one the worst I've experienced. Not only did i have to carry my own luggage but 4 minutes passed 8pm the restaurant closed and couldn't even offer the chance to make an exception for a meal which I'm paying. Honestly i wished I've stayed at another hotel where their service is more friendlier.

Adri Estrella: Very nice hotel. The attention is very good, it is very spacious and the food is excellent.

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.
Nicola Briccola: Albergo di categoria che cresce sulla parete posteriore della Cattedrale. Ospita un bar e due ristoranti, al piano superiore si possono trovare sauna, giochi da tavolo, PlayStation, calcio balilla, palestra e campo da squash, tra gli altri servizi. Presente anche una piccola piscina al piano terra. Offerto gradito drink di benvenuto. Ottimo.Rooms: L'aria condizionata presenta un impianto piuttosto datato e rumoroso.

Lolita Delgado: We were at the buffet breakfast on Sunday Father's Day, it was full because there was a bus of guests all having breakfast at the hotel. All very tasty, variety, humitas, quipes, onion, a delight, special apple juice, celery, and watermelon juice. Here I point out an observation for the hotel, they took a long time to refill the jugs with these juices.They must provide the date and number of guests in the hotel.

Juanito Rodri: Deberían ser más discretos. Las dos veces que fui había gente no cliente sentada en la entrada y es muy incómodo por que se te quedan mirando. Una vez hasta niños había. A uno no le gusta que haya público cuando se sale. Por favor mejorar la discreción y no permitir que haya gente en la entrada parada. Se supone que hay que entrar, pagar e ir a la habitación; no quedarse en la entrada o en el pasillo hablando y haciendo público. (Si se mejora eso, prometo quitar la reseña)
