Valek: This is a hotel restaurant but you don’t need to stay in the hotel to enjoy their food. I went for breakfast and it was $15 for a buffet. They accept credit cards. Everything is clean and the food was delicious. There was a lot of staff.

Unfortunately the service is at least discreet and mediocre, with excessive unjustified delay in taking the order and serving, because if they are not called, the waiters do not come to the table. They don't bring you the wine and drinks menu if you don't ask for it, and the worst thing is the quality and taste of the food, leaving a lot to be desired if you take into account the value for money. Roberto Morales: Located near the Hilton Colon hotel, on one side of the Las Cámaras building, this Marrecife restaurant is famous and has a good reputation. I expected more. We ordered a seafood casserole with diced fish, ceviche type, 3 large shrimps and a few pieces of squid, it was delicious, but one More quality is expected for $14 than the Plate costs. The second dish was a fish sucker, it was very tasty and abundant, and it was also a bit high for the price, it didn't have that much fish, although the fish it did have was tasty, it was fresh corvina. I think they can improve more in controlling the output of the dishes and increase the quality. For example, the casserole was cold, I had to ask for it to be heated. The bill for two people was $32 a plate and a drink per person. Summary: debut and farewell.
