The chef took our order and started making our food.We went to pay, we noticed the bill was high. I pointed out to my wife in English that it was $3.05 to add fries or salad and a soda to the sandwich but we were being charged full price for each. She explained to the woman at the register and she did not seem to know about that pricing. However she then said that was not applicable for my salad, and I could only get a 7 UP, not a diet Coke.I said I didn't see these restrictions mentioned on the sign. I believe she just wanted to show her authority for some reason. The sign just said fries, or salad and soda add $3.05.Rather than argue with the customer how about clarification on your menu? For a Hilton it was like speaking to someone at McDonald's.Maybe it was because she heard me speaking English??I walked out and didn't eat there.

Roberto Morales: Located near the Hilton Colon hotel, on one side of the Las Cámaras building, this Marrecife restaurant is famous and has a good reputation. I expected more. We ordered a seafood casserole with diced fish, ceviche type, 3 large shrimps and a few pieces of squid, it was delicious, but one More quality is expected for $14 than the Plate costs. The second dish was a fish sucker, it was very tasty and abundant, and it was also a bit high for the price, it didn't have that much fish, although the fish it did have was tasty, it was fresh corvina. I think they can improve more in controlling the output of the dishes and increase the quality. For example, the casserole was cold, I had to ask for it to be heated. I don't recommend the parihuela, in my case we went for that specific dish and it was disappointing because it's not like the traditional Peruvian dish and it's too spicy, and when I say too much, it's too much. On the other hand, the service was excellent, very attentive, and the sangria delicious.
