Paul Rodas: I left my motorcycle for warranty service on Saturday at 9 am. For an oil change and a noise that it had. They told me that the motorcycle would be there at 11:30. Due to the situation, I return at 2:20. I ask why he had that noise. Nobody knew what he was talking about. According to the mechanic it was already turned out. When I asked him directly, he did not know about the noise. They blamed each other for the miscommunication. The mechanic just tested the bike at 2:30 and he tells me that it is because of the Caliper that he can't do anything today and we have to wait for Monday. Half fixes it and tells me to go try it. That according to him I already fix it, I don't know with what spare parts.I leave the co-pilot's helmet in the shop to test my motorcycle, when I return, the shop was closed with the helmet inside. They never answered the calls. I had to leave the motorcycle in another workshop that knew how to fix the problem without wasting time. Terrible service.
