Priscila Gaitan: Terrible management in their communication channels, Google, WhatsApp. Outdated schedule, they do not answer queries. They have ties with schools to purchase books and uniforms only with them and they do not have enough stock. The place where they have the majority of inventory is very far from everyone and they don't even have the consideration to answer digitally to confirm stock before we go.
