I didn’t speak Spanish very well and kept trying to communicate via translate. They said it would be $18 for a mani/pedi but charged me $40 because of paraffin without telling me it would be extra. I didn’t even get color. It made me feel like they were taking advantage of me, and I didn’t speak the language enough to complain. That is an awful feeling. The cuticle cutting was very painful and I kept cringing, did not bleed but was very red. I would suggest anyone looking for nail service, especially if you don’t speak Spanish, to go to Valeria Enderica, close to this location but much more clean and professional (and $25 for mani/pedi + callous removal). I don’t like to speak poorly about a business, but I wish I knew this before deciding to come here. Again, maybe an off day, and maybe if you are a Spanish speaker they treat you much better.
