Michael Thompson: We have used La Guarda for 7 years now, but never again.The main display had a malt whiskey at a good price, so we planned to purchase 2 plus another high quality malt, total over $200. However, on purchasing these items there was a discrepancy between the price displayed (in 3 places) and the price charged by a 10% increase. I was informed by the manager the price displayed was for another whiskey and I must pay the increased price, which I declined, cancelling the purchase.With such incompetence and dreadful customer service I will never enter again.Also the relevant wine prices are nearly all significantly higher than Supermaxi.
