Juan Perez: It was the worst experience since they went out of their word and did not honor the contract.Initially we planned to have our wedding at the venue, but since the government declared a yellow alert for the phenomenon of El Niño for the month of November, we decided to cancel it, since we could not risk the place becoming a puddle of mud, since that everything is on grass.We had received a contract in which it clearly specified that an initial security deposit of $1000 should be made, which would be returned only if the event was canceled outside of 90 business days from the date of the event, which was in November. 18.We canceled 120 days before, so according to the contract, for whatever reason, in this case an official yellow alert for the phenomenon of the child, we had to return the $1000 dollars in full.However, the owner of the premises decided to return only $800 and keep $200 authoritatively.Apart from this, when we were just interested in the place, we agreed with the owner to have a meeting with her and the organizers of the event, we agreed on a date which she suggested since she had to travel from the USA to Ecuador, however the day of the meeting, when we saw that she was not there, we called her and to everyone's surprise, she had not even come to Ecuador.Unfortunately they are not serious people and they manage their events as if it were a neighborhood store, many people warned us about the place and the vdd were not wrong. Now I understand why they had all the calendar dates available, surely nobody chooses them.

Pese a que nosotros habíamos hecho la reserva mucho antes, nos dijeron que NO iban a darnos el sitio porque la otra novia tenía más personas en su boda, así que si queríamos, podíamos hacerlo en @gitana.gye y sino nos devolvían el dinero.... Es evidente que la avaricia mueve a la gente y en este caso, las consecuencias de esto nos afecto a nosotros, 2 personas que no vivimos en el país y que confiamos ingenuamente en los profesionales que prestan este servicio y que no les importó nada más que el dinero. 0 compromiso 0 credibilidad 0 empatia. Solo con decir que a punta de gritos le dijeron a mi madre que no íbamos a celebrar nuestra boda en @villa_salamanca porque sabían que estaban incumpliendo un contrato y que aún así les dio igual. Si tan solo hubieran gestionado su "error" de otra forma, pienso que no me sentiría tan indignada, pero la forma tan agresiva que tuvieron con mi madre, me dolió más que el propio hecho que hayan cancelado mi boda en dicho sitio. Y digo "error" porque sigo pensando que nunca lo fue, simplemente decidieron arbitrariamente mover mi boda a otro sitio porque les convenía más tener la otra boda en Villa salamanca.... Digo mi experiencia porque creo que es justo que se sepa la verdad y que aquellas novias ilusionadas, sepan a lo que se pueden enfrentar si hacen su boda en este lugar.
