Vero Jacquie: I arrived at 3pm to the hotel, I let the front lady know I am leaving at 9pm because I am going to the airport. She said $10When I was leaving the front lady desk said i arrived at 11am and that I should pay a total of $15 for staying extra time and I should of only stayed 2 hrs for $10. It does not make sense to pay $10 for 2 hrs.I felt I was taken advantage of for being a single female.I asked her to look at the cameras to see the time I arrived and I want to talk to the boss. She did not allow me to talk to the boss and she did not want to check the cameras. I told her look, I took a picture of the wifi when I arrived it was 3pm, I was on the bus at 11am.All in all, I don’t recommend staying here because of the customer service and the front lady saying one thing then charging me extra when I left and then telling me the wrong time I came in.
