Maisa Villagran: This bakery and cafeteria with a long tradition in Guayaquil, renovated its Urdesa location and is quite spacious and modern. But the most important thing is that they preserve their quality in their products, I saw a lot of variety. We went for breakfast and although it was quite crowded for mother's day, the staff was quite friendly and I waited for about 15 minutes. I ordered breakfast of 2 mixed bolones, however our waitress heard that with my friend we were going to order a green omelette breakfast and we thought we would give ourselves 1 omelette and a bolón and when the dish arrived, it came with the change, which was an excellent gesture of attention. The breakfast was very good and at a very good price. I ordered 2 desserts to take away, the red fruit pie was not so much to my liking, I would think it would be more of a slightly softer cheesecake, however the orange cake portion was spongy and tasted good. I recommend it 8.5/10

Lainey Paul: Such a shame, this place could be so amazing if they only cared about customer service. We arrived and were sent to a table. Right away someone came and cleaned which was nice. We then looked over the menu and waited about twenty minutes until we got up and called over someone to take our order. After ordering (two small appetizer and a main course, nothing crazy) we waited another 40 min to get our food (we had someone call into the kitchen to see what was wrong) and everything came out together. It was a shame because the food really was so amazing (not the vegan wrap, not worth it. But the Inca platter and guacamole starters). All in all we waited over an hour from arriving until getting our food and then another half hour for someone to come check on us and give us the check. We finally got up and went to them (the whole time staff was sitting at the hotel reception desk just ten meters from us yet no one paid the least attention) to ask for the check and the credit card machine didn’t work. Cute place with good food but not worth the headache and waiting around. If the management would take a hold of the place and care about the customer it could be a truly amazing restaurant that not only cares about the quality and sustainability of their food, but the quality of their service.
