Rien van Gils: Hotel gaat voor 4 sterren maar verdiend deze niet. Kamers zijn groot maar alles gedateerd. Personeel bijzonder aardige. Restaurant mag deze naam niet hebben is gewoon een kantine. Passieve medewerkers (alleen keuken en Restaurantmanagers werken) Rest kruipt weg achter beeldscherm. Kijken je ook niet aan want je zou maar eens wat vragen. J V: A big difference from what you find online about the rooms compared to in person. Not happy about the deluxe queen room that was booked here. I'd rather spend my money on another hotel before staying here again. Made sure to talk to the receptionist but wasn't offered anything better and felt like it was a bother. Disappointed we selected to stay here for the first time visiting the city of Guayaquil.

Zimmer absolut ok.Allerdings ist das Restaurant zum Abendessen oder Frühstück sehr unangenehm.Wir aßen auf der Terrasse zu Abend und überall standen Schilder, auf denen 15 % Rabatt auf Mahlzeiten und alkoholfreie Getränke standen. Das Essen ist teuer und von mittelmäßiger Qualität. Der Service ist überhaupt nicht gut. Als wir die Rechnung bekamen, waren keine 15 % ermäßigt. Warum? Denn wir waren auf der Terrasse! Ich sagte, ich stimme überhaupt nicht zu, weil es kein Wort darüber gibt. Nach kurzer Diskussion wurden die 15 % reduziert. Danach wollten wir etwas in der Bar trinken, bestellten einen Caipirinha und eine Erdbeer-Magarita und bekamen die schlechtesten Cocktails, die wir seit vielen Jahren hatten.Überhaupt keine Empfehlung

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.

Valek: This is a hotel restaurant but you don’t need to stay in the hotel to enjoy their food. I went for breakfast and it was $15 for a buffet. They accept credit cards. Everything is clean and the food was delicious. There was a lot of staff.

Armando Quintana: Very clean restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere and very beautiful decoration. Unfortunately the service is at least discreet and mediocre, with excessive unjustified delay in taking the order and serving, because if they are not called, the waiters do not come to the table. They don't bring you the wine and drinks menu if you don't ask for it, and the worst thing is the quality and taste of the food, leaving a lot to be desired if you take into account the value for money. The desire to improve and be a better version is notably lacking, what is the expectation of those of us who arrive willing to consume in such an apparently exclusive and definitely beautiful place.
