Valeria Pazmiño: Terrible customer service, especially that of an elderly man who is at the entrance all rude and drinking with other security personnel. This type of staff does not qualify for the TOP place it claims to be. Personally, I will not return.
David Albiño: The place very nice. Just check your invoices well because it seems to me an abuse at the time of billing. They overcharged me, we were a group and we ordered some things. When asking for the bill, they charged us for drinks that we never ordered. And we ordered 2 portions of a plate and they charged us 4.I hope they communicate with me and be more cordial when it comes to settling the bill because inside the restaurant at closing time they only told us, talk to the waiter and we couldn't find him because they were already closing and well in a hurry we ended up paying for drinks and dishes we didn't eat.

Carlos Esparza Rendon: Too many people, the saturated entrance, to open an account a problem, to close it even worse... the bathrooms are completely disgusting... bad experience. There is no emergency exit, nor stairs. In the event of a fire or some other accident, it would be a complete tragedy.

Eric Aronica: The hotel is well located in the heart of Guayaquil, rooms are nice even if they are different some of them are bigger with a bigger bathroom, we felt downgraded, also do not expect any view, the only view is the parking space,Regarding the level of service, it really depends, the kitchen staff is very careful, the welcoming staff especially in the morning is the worse, when we got there i had to look for a doorman to take care of our bags, they even asked me what are we doing here, uhhh we are clients with a reservation…), the worse is the young lady treating us like thieves to pay for the breakfast we had in case we won’t pay it… she was very rude, very disappointing Relais & Chateau, it doesn’t worth the price they charge you!

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.

Ospita un bar e due ristoranti, al piano superiore si possono trovare sauna, giochi da tavolo, PlayStation, calcio balilla, palestra e campo da squash, tra gli altri servizi. Presente anche una piccola piscina al piano terra. Offerto gradito drink di benvenuto. Ottimo.Rooms: L'aria condizionata presenta un impianto piuttosto datato e rumoroso.

All very tasty, variety, humitas, quipes, onion, a delight, special apple juice, celery, and watermelon juice. Here I point out an observation for the hotel, they took a long time to refill the jugs with these juices.They must provide the date and number of guests in the hotel.
