CONTABILIDAD LABROKERS: I can't believe that the seller, Ms. Lady Cedeño, reports that paying with Pacificard you get months of thanks and it turns out that 1 week ago I bought paying with Pacificard and yesterday I received the account statement where the 1/3 fee already appears. I call to the bank and they tell me that they do not have promotions of thanks months with the local Clarks. How unsatisfied I feel for giving bad information

The manager of this place with the cashier prevented me from buying my daughter's shoes for school because they did not want to accept a 100 dollar bill. The cashier is a rude person and the lady in charge is even worse. As much as I insisted that they make a copy of my ID that I need the shoes, they did not go back on their decision. What a pity that these places customers are treated in this way and that we are prevented from buying. What kind of business behaves like this??? Perhaps since they have secured clientele, they don't mind losing a client. I know I won't make a difference to them. But I think I will never enter such a business again. My daughter was crying, not even seeing her did they back down from their bad and absurd decision.PEYLESS SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE MORE CAPABLE OF DEALING WITH THE CLIENT. WHAT A PITY.

FX 666: The Crocs store in Mall del Sol is the main one, they always have more models and sizes, and if they don't have the size they manage to have it sent from any other store in Ecuador

Jessica Hampton: I visited the store in April looking for shoes for my husband. I will not return! The workers had a horrible attitude and were acting like I walked in to steal something. As I moved to look at the mens shoes, one lady was blocking the cash register. Seriously! Did she really think I was going to run out with the coins in the cash register? Oh, please!😆 I walked out because I was at the point of saying something not so nice. I had a bag from Aldo with a box containing the globe to an expensive lamp that I took to Kiwi to see how I could repair it (I broke it that morning after I bought it😢). Maybe she thought i was going to put the cash register or a shoe in my Aldo shopping bag. Sure, they may have a problem with people stealing but you cannot act like everyone is a thief. I have lived in Cuenca for over a year after many visits to the country. Although the same level of customer service in USA or other countries I have visited is nonexistent in Ecuador, I have never experienced such an ugly attitude.😣Visité la tienda en abril buscando zapatos para mi esposo. ¡No volveré! Los trabajadores tenían una actitud horrible y actuaban como si entrara para robar algo. Cuando me moví para mirar los zapatos para hombre, una señora incluso bloqueó caja registradora. ¡En serio! ¿Creía que iba a salir corriendo con los sueltos en la caja? ¡Por favor!😆 Sali porque estaba a punto de decir algo no tan agradable. Tenía una funda de Aldo con una caja que contenía el globo de una lámpara cara que le llevé a Kiwi para ver cómo podía repararla (la rompí esa mañana después de que la compré😢). Tal vez pensó que iba a poner la caja registradora en la bolsa de la compra Aldo. Claro, pueden tener un problema con ladrones, pero no puedes actuar como si todos fueran asi. He vivido en Cuenca por más de un año después de muchas visitas al país. Aunque el mismo nivel de servicio al cliente en Estados Unidos o en otros países que he visitado no existe en Ecuador, nunca he experimentado una actitud tan fea.
