Ivonne Pazmiño: Estaba la marca que necesita, pero la atención al cliente dio mucho que decir. Hice una compra de más de 200 dólares y obvio esperaba un échantillon y tan solo me dieron un bolso de una marca que ni compré. No volvería definitivamente.

Isa Alban: Compré un perfume el 2 de enero, resulta que estaba vacío!! Fui al día siguiente para que me resolvieran el problema y se demoraron una semana entera en darme otro perfume. Una semana!! Y tuve que ir en varias ocasiones y hasta llamar. Lo que realmente me molestó es la demora en atender mi reclamo que por demás era justo. Nunca volveré a ese lugar y no lo recomiendo.
