Omar Riera: Totalmente decepcionado del trato hacia el cliente por parte del personal administrativo, licenciadas del área de cuidados intermedios e UCI, es mas notorio en el personal joven cero empatia hacia los familiares de los pacientes y prácticamente les falta mucho tacto y sensibilidad para suministrar información adecuada. Por más de 30 años a sido el hospital a que hemos asistido mi familia y ahora mis hijos, de la calidad profesional y equipo médico sigue siendo uno de los mejores, pero como indique al principio parte del equipo administrativo desmejora la imagen de la institución.
