FedeGuayas only knows how to charge for rent but I don't know how to care about maintaining it so that athletes have a decent place to use.

Paul LM: Guayaquil doesn't have many places to play basketball. This only a few of those courts. The place has not been taken care properly though. No changing rooms for players. No air conditioning even being in a tropical city. And no parking at all. You have to leave your vehicle like 200 m away! Doesn't have a bar either so good luck if you forgot your water!
