Ciudad Viva: No tienen conocimiento sobre los equipos y hacen perder el tiempo, no recomiendo comprar aquí, dos veces he tenido inconvenientes y ya no los volveré a visitar.
Wey Agencia Audiovisual: Compré un monopie, lo usé solo 3 veces y en la tercera ocasión se dañó totalmente un segmento saliéndose todas las piezas, no se ha caído ni golpeado, solo se hizo la acción de extenderla.Y me da mal sabor ir a reclamar a fotoacces porque algunas veces he ido al local y un chico me dió una mala atención cuando quize solucionar otro equipo, diciéndome cosas como "eso es lo que ud dice" o respuestas de mal gusto, cómo si yo fuera el causante del daño de mis propios equipos.

Eryka Molina: For print photos is a good place but they need to improve ALOT with technology. They dont have adapters for phones as well as internet to download photos from your email. You need USB otherwise just come back! :)

We went to pick up some paintings that were already ready, we saw that there was a line and we waited patiently, after 10-15 minutes the person who attended was still working on something that was not progressing. We asked how much longer it would take and he told us 10 more minutes. 20-25 minutes to pick up something that was already ready seemed very inefficient to me.I think there are smarter ways to work. It is not the same to be in line to have a job done, than to be in line to pick up something already ready. There are ways to handle the situation but the girl was not friendly at all and was rude. We left without picking up and we will have to return. What a pity that because of inefficient people, the business is bad. I hope this comment reaches management so they can improve.
