Sin embargo al llegar ahí me dijeron que no podía hacer el cambio porque el pedido vino de otra sucursal (a la cual tuve que ir a pie en pleno sol de mediodía en Guayaquil ya que no tengo carro.)Es inconcebible que una empresa tan grande como Fybeca no sea capaz de unificar sus productos, inventario y políticas de cambio/devoluciones en todas sus sucursales para que EL CLIENTE que les da trabajo no tenga que pasear de un lado a otro.
