Luis Bermudes: The UCSG is one of the traditional universities of Guayaquil and one of the most important in the country by extension. Its campus has grown by making important additions, with buildings that are not only functional but also have elegant facades such as the Business Specialties building. The overpass that leads to the main entrance is the only one that is both a commercial passageway that has a Metrovía station below and also connects with Guayarte. En realidad la universidad no solo funciona ahí sino que también tiene otros edificios repartidos por el centro de la ciudad. Llegar es fácil y solo basta cruzar para estar en el malecón 2000. Al entrar se respira desde ya una atmósfera bohemia, más intensa dentro del mismo edificio cuya arquitectura nos habla de un estilo que primaba el siglo anterior. Es posible tener una mejor vista de la parte que da a la plaza si uno va a la biblioteca de Las Artes, que también pertenece a la UArtes, y que está en Pichincha y Aguirre; solo hay que ir al ultimo piso de ese edificio para poder obtener fotos muy interesantes de este edificación tan importante.(Translated by Google
