Ja R: I rented a suite on the 12th floor. I paid so much and I think I paid for the luxury of the building, which is not so much luxury. That INSTEAD of having paid for the suite. The suite at Senorbì Alex Robalino was a disaster. There was no washing machine, the cocaine never worked without a microwave. Everything was dirty, just like the suite. They made me pay for a microwave that I never used because I never cooked. They didn't want to give me the deposit. I had to make a deposit and take the police.

Mike M: I booked a room on their website specifically and received an email confirmation. When I showed up they had given up my room and could not find my reservation and offered no solution despite clear evidence I had a reservation. Not to mention I had bus issues and arrived at 2am so they left me stranded in the middle of the night. I paid 2-3x to stay at the Wyndham because of this.Edit: In response to the owner. There was no communication in the confirmation email that I had to reach out to them prior to arrival and I had to enter my credit card information on the booking, so why is that MY fault that your system did not charge my credit card? Neither of these two things were specified in the booking process or in the email confirmation. That's just poor business.

Marc Eich: Had a lovely stay at Nucapacha‘s. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and changes daily, they use regional products.Wifi in the Lobby is very fast. The rooms are ok for the price. There‘s no hot water in the shower bit since the outside temperature didn‘t go below 25C we disn‘t need it anyway. No AC but a big fan in the room. The pool is also nice to cool down.Getting to the city is quite easy, by bus 10-15min paying 0.30$ per person.

Allison the Lizard: Hostel refused to book me a taxi for 3 hours before my flight to the Galapagos. They only let me book the taxi for 2 hours before, making me late and almost missing boarding the flight.

Nothing fancy and could do with a bit of renovations. There’s a kitchen where you can make your own food and a nice outside area with a pool. They have a dog that lives there that sometimes barks at night which was a bit disturbing (my original room faced the street). An economical place to stay in Guayaquil for young travelers. I’ll probably stay here again next time I come.

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.

Ospita un bar e due ristoranti, al piano superiore si possono trovare sauna, giochi da tavolo, PlayStation, calcio balilla, palestra e campo da squash, tra gli altri servizi. Presente anche una piccola piscina al piano terra. Offerto gradito drink di benvenuto. Ottimo.Rooms: L'aria condizionata presenta un impianto piuttosto datato e rumoroso.

Lolita Delgado: We were at the buffet breakfast on Sunday Father's Day, it was full because there was a bus of guests all having breakfast at the hotel. All very tasty, variety, humitas, quipes, onion, a delight, special apple juice, celery, and watermelon juice. Here I point out an observation for the hotel, they took a long time to refill the jugs with these juices.They must provide the date and number of guests in the hotel.
