I decided to go to this store and purchase the items (3 new ac split units). To my surprise, the same units online for $289.00 each were available at the store for $339.00. When I asked them to honor what their website says they simply replied that is not possible. Terrible customer service and huge disconnection between their website and actual stores. The store clerk mentioned this is something that often happens, in my opinion it gives the client a bad taste and experience. I ended up taking my business somewhere else and end up purchasing four ac units and a large TV. I really hope this company would reach out and in some sort of way make it better...
