Diego Zambrano: El servicio post venta es nefasto, no crean en publicidades falsas de esta empresa en redes sociales.Solo responden al teléfono las asesoras de venta y oficiales de crédito. Servicio al cliente no existe, o no están capacitados en responder un correo o llamada telefónica.Son buenos en cobrarte y hacerte toda la gestión del préstamo hipotecario para que el mismo sea desembolsado en sus cuentas. Pero muy lenta y llena de trabas la entrega de casa.Las casas son hechas al apuro por su pésima organización y por este motivo tienen muchos desperfectos como:Lavamanos colocados incorrectamente.Cerámicas picadas.Fisuras y filtración de agua en las ventanas.Daños en las puertas.Ventanas tomadas y no cierran.Malos acabados en pintura de paredesMás…Casas sin seguridad, al menos la mía querían entregarla con patio descubierto.La casa de mi sueño se convirtió mi pesadilla y ahora tengo que estar pagando préstamo hipotecario + alquilando departamento.

All of the items shown on the profile were legitimate, but they failed to show things like the water/mold below one of the AC units, or the fact that it was located on the ground floor right next to the main entrance and parking door machinery. Not a terrible stay for the price, but for $5USD more per night there are better out there.

Rashide Campos: Me gustó: la atención fue buena, nos mostraron como funcionaban las cosas dentro de la habitación y su disposición siempre fue buena.La TV cuenta con Netflix, la habitación se siente húmeda por lo que el aire acondicionado es obligatorio que deba estar encendido si es que quieres tener una estadia confortable.No me gustó: El lugar sí está en el centro, pero justo donde están los comerciantes, la zona se siente muy peligrosa, la puerta de acceso no tiene ninguna señalización toque el timbre para que me abrieran, ahí nos explicaron que hay vendedores que rentan habitaciones y viven ahí, por lo que no todos los huéspedes son turistas, y todos los días por las mañanas los mismos tienen platicas motivacionales que probablemente se escuchen en las habitaciones, para entrar hay que tocar el timbre (este suena por todo el edificio incluso adentro de las habitaciones cada vez que lo tocan), no te dan llave de la puerta de acceso, al hacer check in te piden dejar con ellos un documento de identificación lo cual me hizo sentir muy insegura ya que no lo considero necesario.En cuanto a limpieza, las almohadas estaban sucias con manchas, las toallas también, pedimos cambio de toalla lo cual amablemente accedieron pero seguían con manchas, las paredes están sucias.La noche de hospedaje preferí perderla ya que no me sentía cómoda y reservé en otro lugar.

Mike M: I booked a room on their website specifically and received an email confirmation. When I showed up they had given up my room and could not find my reservation and offered no solution despite clear evidence I had a reservation. Not to mention I had bus issues and arrived at 2am so they left me stranded in the middle of the night. I paid 2-3x to stay at the Wyndham because of this.Edit: In response to the owner. There was no communication in the confirmation email that I had to reach out to them prior to arrival and I had to enter my credit card information on the booking, so why is that MY fault that your system did not charge my credit card? Neither of these two things were specified in the booking process or in the email confirmation. That's just poor business.
