jose valarezo: Pésimo servicio, (MUCHO CUIDADO) leer cuidadosamente los términos de Reparación ya que no están cubiertos con garantías, lleve un iphone a reparar porq no funcionaban las cámaras. Me lo dieron supuestamente arreglado para que lo pruebe y en 2 días resultó con el. Mismo problema. Regrese por garantía ya que había pagado mas de $200, a partir de ahí se demoraron más de un mes y no respondían mis mensajes de Ws, resulta que dañaron mi teléfono, me lo entregaron sin poder activarlo ya que apple no lo reconoce, dañaron el wifi, dañaron el Face ID, el teléfono no coge señal, no funcionan las cámaras. Es decir lo dejaron inservible. Trate de la manera más amable en llegar a un acuerdo con el dueño. El cual me dijo que ellos no dan garantía y que al tratar de arreglar el equipo se corre el riesgo de que se dañe. Es decir lo dañaron y según sus condiciones y su profesionalismo lo correcto es no hacerse responsable.
