It is deeply disappointing when a hotel fails to prioritize customer service, particularly in situations where circumstances beyond the guest's control necessitate changes to their reservation.It is essential for hotels to recognize that flight delays and cancellations are common occurrences in the travel industry. It is unreasonable and unprofessional for the Holiday Inn Aeropuerto to ignore this reality and adhere strictly to inflexible policies that do not account for such situations. Rien van Gils: Hotel gaat voor 4 sterren maar verdiend deze niet. Kamers zijn groot maar alles gedateerd. Personeel bijzonder aardige. Restaurant mag deze naam niet hebben is gewoon een kantine. Passieve medewerkers (alleen keuken en Restaurantmanagers werken) Rest kruipt weg achter beeldscherm. Kijken je ook niet aan want je zou maar eens wat vragen. Verder harde muziek en 3 beeldschermen met sport. Al. Het personeel komt daar eten lijkt het.

J V: A big difference from what you find online about the rooms compared to in person. Not happy about the deluxe queen room that was booked here. I'd rather spend my money on another hotel before staying here again. Made sure to talk to the receptionist but wasn't offered anything better and felt like it was a bother. Disappointed we selected to stay here for the first time visiting the city of Guayaquil.
