Andres Carlos Rivadeneira: Terrible attention. By buying from them they make you think they are doing you a favor. Apart from knowing what they have and how much it's worth, you have to take a trip to their place to find out that there isn't what you're looking for or worse that the price is very high for what it's worth in other places. (They do not respond to social networks for the same). Terrible customer service, and to buy current figures the prices are more expensive than going to a My Toy Store for example... Terrible and they've been like this for years.

When there are enough people doing their shopping, about 5 workers began to talk as if nothing had happened. Only the cashier and the person in charge of the entrance treated me kindly and this is the same every time I have gone. I would rather pay a few cents more for the products but at least other stores offer better customer service.

Las comidas al estilo potteriano son muy buenas también. Lo único es que, al momento de visitar el lugar, no estaba listo el museo dedicado a Harry Potter, por lo que no se pudo acceder a él. Del resto, muy buen lugar para llevar a los niños y a cualquier Potterhead.
