Our facilities are designed to offer a friendly atmosphere to create a community among travelers. It is common to see our guests enjoying a sunny day in our pool while having a drink, sharing a meal with other travelers while talking about their travel adventures, playing a board game, or watching a movie in the TV room.
We offer 24-hour reception, but we do not have a fixed schedule for our receptionists. Therefore, we arrange our staff schedule based on our reservations. Please, let us know your check-in time in advance here. When you make your reservation, you will receive a message with the online check-in form.
Dreamkapture offers a shared room to enjoy Netflix. There are no TV sets in our rooms.
A complimentary light continental breakfast buffet is served in the dining room every day from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.

Please make sure you got cash though. Some places don't take credit cards. Always clean, clean rooms as long you leave your key. They also have breakfast in the mornings. It was great. Marc Eich: Had a lovely stay at Nucapacha‘s. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and changes daily, they use regional products.Wifi in the Lobby is very fast. The rooms are ok for the price. There‘s no hot water in the shower bit since the outside temperature didn‘t go below 25C we disn‘t need it anyway. No AC but a big fan in the room. The pool is also nice to cool down.Getting to the city is quite easy, by bus 10-15min paying 0.30$ per person.

Allison the Lizard: Hostel refused to book me a taxi for 3 hours before my flight to the Galapagos. They only let me book the taxi for 2 hours before, making me late and almost missing boarding the flight.
Nicola Lopez-Rabkin: A nice hostel with friendly staff. I ended up having to stay an extra night than my reservation and they were happy to add another night tho I understandably had to change rooms. Nothing fancy and could do with a bit of renovations. There’s a kitchen where you can make your own food and a nice outside area with a pool. They have a dog that lives there that sometimes barks at night which was a bit disturbing (my original room faced the street). An economical place to stay in Guayaquil for young travelers. I’ll probably stay here again next time I come.

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.

All very tasty, variety, humitas, quipes, onion, a delight, special apple juice, celery, and watermelon juice. Here I point out an observation for the hotel, they took a long time to refill the jugs with these juices.They must provide the date and number of guests in the hotel.

Maria: Strange place. The reception woman tried to get rid of me as quickly as possible, half way out of the door while I was still asking questions. The room was not very clean, the bed sheets too. People chatting in the pool outside the room late. More of a motel feel without the cosiness. Next time would spend more money and stay in one of the real hotels nearby.

Adam Adam: this is not a real hostel ,it's a low-budget sub hostel,the location far from the airport ,impossible by walking.the kitchen 2m×1.5 meter it's not suitable for two people to be at the same time,no cups,plates,or even basic untilsils to make simple cup of coffee. Wifi was not working out side in the tiny lobby and pumby inside the dorm ,I was not able to do my work online because of that. they turn off the light at 9 pm in the common outside sitting area, and they don't allow guest to turn it off if you want to sit on the table for smoking or reading or chatting. the location tricky located in deep suburbs guayaqile. It took me 2 hours to walk to it from the airport.Worse experience and I won't stay at this place next time I fly from guayaqile

Nicole: Great location close to the bus terminal and airport. The rooms were pretty shabby, and the guy who checked me in did not have a great attitude.Neighborhood felt safe, and the terrace was cute, but the bathroom was weird and the lighting was creepy. Sheets were clean, though!

The Trusted Traveller: Great location, and the area is developing nicely with restaurants and amenities. Hotel is not keeping up, however, as the hotel was dated, rooms fairly unpleasant and service slow. The rooms were comparatively expensive, and all round experience disappointing.

I gave them a $10 for change and then the girl at the front desk refused to give me change or my money back.2. They cancelled my reservation without any notice and made me pay for a private room instead.3. Came for the happy hour and was told they were “out of alcohol” after receiving a text about it 30 minutes before me going.Overall - nothing but bad experiences here. And it’s NOTHING like the photos.
Eponine G: I made a reservation in January for my stay in June.. we just arrived and they said they had to cancel it. I never got any email saying it was cancelled. They acted like they did not care and only offered us a private room for MORE what we originally paid, with no discount.Very disappointing. I will not ever stay here again.
Celina Peter: We wouldn't come back! A GoPro and cash were stolen from our room. We told the hotel staff and also explained that we are sure that the things were there before, still they were suspicious of us and as a first reaction defended the cleaning lady. Only after 2 days complaining really angry, the hotel manager helped us more. The security in this hostel was not guaranteed! We were offered another night to stay, but we already had next bookings, then they didn't even offer a coffe or food ....Safety: Bad security!
Hoseina Marcos: the security at Manso Boutique is not guaranteed at all. we had cash stolen from the room plus a GoPro and the hotel staff did not want to believe that the things got away and they did not help us at all in the beginning and did not take us seriously. They did not accommodate us at all and the staff was completely overwhelmed with the situation. Only after we wanted to speak to the manager were we and our problem taken seriously. All in all, a very unprofessional staff and a disastrous experience at Manso Boutique Hotel. We would not recommend it to anyone!
