Daniel Moreira: I wanted to make a reservation, I called the hotel and told them please don't give me a room with a rustic style because my wife and daughter are allergic to dust and we had already had a bad experience with that. And the receptionist said that he could not book me any kind of room in advance that it will depend on the availability and what is there at that time. Then I told him to ask his boss and the head of reception told him only if you bring a medical certificate that you are allergic, I will give you the room you want... I regret having become a Decameron member because there is no difference. In fact only because of what happened in what I mentioned. I'm going to get out of that blessed membership... I'd rather stay in a barcelo where the treatment, the food, the hospitality is much better and not be paying a membership month by month only to be told that they can't give you the room you want If you don't bring a medical certificate. They are a lie.
