Valek: This is a hotel restaurant but you don’t need to stay in the hotel to enjoy their food. I went for breakfast and it was $15 for a buffet. They accept credit cards. Everything is clean and the food was delicious. There was a lot of staff.

Armando Quintana: Very clean restaurant, with a pleasant atmosphere and very beautiful decoration. Unfortunately the service is at least discreet and mediocre, with excessive unjustified delay in taking the order and serving, because if they are not called, the waiters do not come to the table. They don't bring you the wine and drinks menu if you don't ask for it, and the worst thing is the quality and taste of the food, leaving a lot to be desired if you take into account the value for money. Eric Aronica: The hotel is well located in the heart of Guayaquil, rooms are nice even if they are different some of them are bigger with a bigger bathroom, we felt downgraded, also do not expect any view, the only view is the parking space,Regarding the level of service, it really depends, the kitchen staff is very careful, the welcoming staff especially in the morning is the worse, when we got there i had to look for a doorman to take care of our bags, they even asked me what are we doing here, uhhh we are clients with a reservation…), the worse is the young lady treating us like thieves to pay for the breakfast we had in case we won’t pay it… she was very rude, very disappointing Relais & Chateau, it doesn’t worth the price they charge you!

Jess Arias: Friendly and accommodating staff. Offers complimentary transportation from the airport to the hotel even during the night. Which as a solo female traveler was great and felt safe. Complimentary drink voucher given upon arrival. The pool is the best part it feels serene and excluded from the city noise. You can access the pool from the 1st floor patio through stairs to the ground floor. Overall great experience.

RXBS: Every time I can escape between meetings in Guayaquil, Café Colón is the ideal place to eat a delicious treat like its hamburger. With more time, and peace of mind, definitely, and without a doubt the recommendation is to try their buffet, with traditional and international dishes... but their high point, for me, are their ceviches. I love shrimp ceviche since it has a touch very similar to the one my father used to prepare...mmm good and delicious memories!!! Ahh... I forgot, with this hamburger a very cold coke.
