Maria: Strange place. The reception woman tried to get rid of me as quickly as possible, half way out of the door while I was still asking questions. The room was not very clean, the bed sheets too. People chatting in the pool outside the room late. More of a motel feel without the cosiness. Next time would spend more money and stay in one of the real hotels nearby.

I also opted for airport transportation and they picked me up at the airport.When I arrived to check in they said my reservation was cancelled. It took them 30min to figure out what happened - I still don't know why they cancelled my reservation - and simply said "I am sorry, your reservation was cancelled and we don't have another room available to accommodate you".And it was really bad because the city was completely full and very hard to find any room available. If it wasn't for friends who opened their doors to stay with them I literally wouldn't have a place to sleep.Very bad management and terrible customers service. I wouldn't trust them in the future.What it is more bizarre is that the hotel actually picked me up at the airport and when I got there I had no reservation! How do they pick up someone at the airport without a reservation???
